Seeking the Sun - unique pegasus horse wall sculpture - Susie Benes

Seeking the Sun

Icarus flew too close to the sun and fell to his demise, but Icarus was also warned to avoid the sea because the water would bring him down. Flying too low can be more dangerous than flying too high because it feels deceptively safe.

While we are flying, our falls are inevitable. Perhaps it is the ephemeral nature of our lives that holds the key to what can become our greatest moments.
